After months of development, on November 23, 2019, Attorneys with Swag threw a launch party event to introduce itself to the world with a trailer to their first episode. The launch event was a success with over one hundred friends and family members in attendance.

Because of the huge success of the launch party, on January 9, 2020, Attorneys with Swag held the premiere of its first episode in a larger setting – Bombay Theater. Over 300 guests were in attendance to view the hour long episode. Afterwards, each member was formally introduced and personally took questions from the audience. There was also a mix and mingle event where guests were able to speak with the group on a more informal personal level.

For black history month, on February 9, 2020, Episode 3 “All Black Everything” was filmed featuring a panel of all black lawyers who discussed their journey to becoming an attorney and just generally being black in America. However, instead of a closed set, we decided to open the set to a live audience of 30 lucky guests. Additionally, we held a bottomless brunch with plenty of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy. At the end, guests were once again able to ask the panelists questions and get to know them on a more personal level.
